Ateljé Bredgrind is an artist-run platform for art and artists, located in the municipality of Avesta, Sweden, 150 km from Stockholm. Ateljé Bredgrind has been active since 2021. We run international Artists-in-Residency program, project-working space for artistic work and exhibitions. Ateljé Bredgrind is an inspiring and flexible studiohouse for artistic work. Artist residency offers accommodation and a studio in a scenic area where artists can work in a peaceful environment. Ateljé Bredgrind is surrounded by large waterways, forests and fields. The residency consists of a studio-house of 80 sqm. The artist residency is open to professional artists from all fields of art.
